Certificates submitted by vendors through upload links land here. Verify the expiry date against the uploaded PDF before approving — approving moves the certificate to active.

Vendor upload links

Generate a tokenized link — the vendor opens it and uploads their COI without creating an account. Links expire after 14 days and are single-use.

Issued links

ℹ️ Static-mode note: links resolve against this browser's localStorage, so the vendor must open the link in this same browser (e.g. forward it to them via your own channel and have them upload on a shared device/kiosk). For cross-device vendor uploads, deploy the Cloudflare Worker + Supabase backend — see the README.

Reminder engine

Computed locally from expiry dates: reminders fire at 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, with overdue follow-ups at 1, 7, 14 and 30 days overdue. Mark a reminder Sent after you email the vendor, or Dismiss it.

Every add, edit, approval, rejection, reminder action and delete is timestamped here.

Automatic email sending (integration point): this static build computes reminders locally — it cannot send email by itself. To send automatically, deploy the included Cloudflare Worker with a cron trigger and set Worker secrets RESEND_API_KEY, REMINDER_FROM and OWNER_EMAIL (your notification email above). The Worker reuses the same reminder schedule (worker/core.js → dueReminders) and sends via Resend.

Everything is stored in this browser's localStorage. Back up regularly.
